This teardrop wedding necklace and matching earring set is made with genuine gold-filled, rose gold, or sterling silver and features a pear cut cubic zirconia (CZ) gemstone. The main teardrop CZ is surrounded by smaller round cubic zirconias and a matching bail. This simple and classic jewelry set is a perfect choice for brides and bridesmaids, as well as special events and occasions.

The tiny CZs that surround the main diamond-alternative gemstone have many facets that create a truly amazing sparkle. This necklace is also made with our special Bridal flat chain which catches the light to provide its own shine.

The teardrop shape of this cubic zirconia flatters more body shapes and dress designs than many other gemstone cuts, and is one of our most popular choices for weddings, bridesmaids gifts, and special occasion events and is sure to make the wearer feel like a star.

✦ CUBIC ZIRCONIA VS DIAMONDS ✦

Cubic Zirconia: Cubic Zirconia (CZ) are diamond alternatives which are carefully formed with a cubic crystalline form of zirconium dioxide. Incorrectly considered “fake diamonds’, cubic zirconia are true gemstones in their own right because of their mineral content and can be better described as “diamond alternatives”. All CZs are lab-created which allows for consistent and brilliant clarity that is rarely found in natural diamonds. CZs are also much more ethical and sustainable than diamonds due to the environmental and societal impacts of diamond mining.

Diamonds: Diamonds are natural gemstones made of carbon crystals that can take months or even millions of years to form. Because diamonds are naturally formed and mined from the earth, it is common for these stones to have imperfections, cloudiness, or yellowing. Diamonds are extremely durable, however, because of their hardness and will maintain their finish for decades without deterioration from scratching, dirt, or mineral residue.
