The Rome Stale Crewzer is a board designed by the legendary Ståle Sandbech as the perfect do-it-all, one board quiver. The secret sauce that makes the Stale Crewzer the undefeated champion of daily drivers, is the lively yet playful flex profile coupled with the versatility of Fusion Camber. Ståle wanted a board that he felt equally comfortable on lapping the park but also could step to bigger freeride terrain, like the Natural Selection course, with confidence. That kind of duality of terrain is exactly what makes the Stale Crewzer such a team and shop kid favorite.
Technology
Fusion Camber
Positive camber with small pockets of rocker at the contact points; the modern go-to for versatile, all-mountain performance.
Shape, Hotrod and Construction
Flax Impact Plates
Flax Impact Plates are woven flax mats that are housed around the boards insert packs, sandwiched between the core and top sheet. This horizontal layup works to withstand deep landings, distribute impact in variable conditions and increase the boards overall lifespan without dramatically changing the boards flex.
