The E10 takes 10 full-size sheet pans and pulls the cabinet down to -40°F in about 18 minutes. It runs four standard cycles: two blast chill cycles to 37°F and two shock freeze cycles to -40°F. Indirect airflow keeps temperatures even across the pans and helps keep product from drying out. A good fit for frozen dessert and pastry shops, bakeries and any kitchen that needs to chill or freeze fast for food safety.

It is covered by the same warranty as a new machine. It is hardwired, so plan on an electrician for the install.
