Seventy-two cells, zero root circling. These Bootstrap Farmer 72 Cell Air Prune Propagation Trays are built for growers who want stronger transplants from the start. The air prune design uses airstrips in each cell to interrupt root growth before circling begins, directing energy into a denser, healthier root system — the same benefit as soil blocking, without the mess. Air channels between each cell provide consistent airflow above and below the soil for optimal germination conditions.

Made in the USA from FDA Prime Grade, food-safe, impact-resistant BPA-free polypropylene. Large bottom holes make seedling removal clean and easy without disturbing delicate roots. Pairs well with our Extra Strength Shallow 1020 Tray for bottom watering with plenty of clearance for lifting and removing the tray while full. Available in green, blue, purple, orange, and pink.
