The Fourneau 2.0 tray + baking mat make it easy to load large and intricately formed loaves into the Fourneau 2.0 oven. The tray transfers heat quickly, yet moderates the heat on the bottom of your bread, making burning less likely.

Each tray comes with a mesh silicone mat that prevents sticking and results in a crunchy crust. Trays work with a removable handle to make loading and unloading safe and easy!
