The FPR Bulb Syringe is a great tool for cleaning pens.  Use it to flush water or pen flush through grip sections.  The bulb syringe allows you to force water/pen flush through with much great force than simply using a converter.  Pro Tip: You can also trim the end to make it work for pens with wider grip section openings.
