FSB 1289 is part of FSB's Standard Mortise Lock (SML) program — German-engineered architectural door hardware known for precise proportions and a tactile, ergonomic grip.

Designed in-house by Markus Michalski and Michael Schmidt. The flat front face has the clean read of a phone, while the slightly convex grip stays tactile in the hand — subtle curves held to precise lines.

Available in passage, privacy, single dummy, and double dummy configurations. Handing is required for single dummy.

Important: European roses are typically smaller than standard North American models, with many measuring approximately 50 mm in diameter. Rose sizes can vary by brand and range, so please review all dimensions carefully. These handles may not fit existing or pre-bored door holes without adjustments.
