Size/Fit:
We have placed arrow's on the last image, a green guru skirt, to show you exactly where we have measured each skirt, to give you a better idea of fit.
Waist measurement is taken around the centre of the stretchy ribbed band. The first number represents the measurement with no stretch applied, the second number is stretching it open to a comfortable width. Ideally you would sit in the middle of this range to get the right fit.
Hip bone measurement is taken across the woven part at the top of the skirt. This part doesn’t have stretch in the fabric, so whilst it is generously cut, you will need to take note of this measurement to make sure the skirt isn’t too huggy across your tummy.
Thigh measurement is taken across the widest part of the skirt at the base of the pockets. This part falls around the widest part of your thighs.
Length measurement is taken from the top on the waist band to the hem of the skirt. Depending on your height and whether you wear the skirt on your high waist or lower on hips, it will fall approximately mid to low calf.
