The Husqvarna Automower® 535 AWD EPOS® Robotic Lawnmower is a powerful, professional mowing solution designed to maintain challenging commercial lawns, steep slopes and complex landscaped grounds. Combining advanced satellite navigation with all-wheel drive, it delivers reliable, automated lawn maintenance across demanding terrain with minimal manual intervention.

With a working area capacity of up to 6,000 m², the 535 AWD EPOS® is ideal for professional groundskeepers, landscapers and municipal maintenance teams looking for an efficient way to maintain large green spaces. Its wire-free installation, intelligent navigation and remote fleet management capabilities provide flexibility and control across a wide range of commercial applications.

Wire-Free Installation with Husqvarna EPOS®

The Automower® 535 AWD EPOS® uses Husqvarna EPOS® satellite-based positioning technology to operate within virtual boundaries, removing the need for traditional physical perimeter wires.

Using RTK-GNSS satellite navigation, the system provides positioning accuracy of approximately 2 cm under suitable conditions. This allows you to define mowing areas, create virtual transport paths and establish temporary stay-out zones through compatible control systems.

Virtual boundaries make it easier to adapt the mowing layout when landscaping changes or certain areas need to be excluded temporarily. They also avoid the disruption that physical boundary wires can cause during activities such as aeration and turf renovation.

Please note: A compatible Husqvarna EPOS® reference station is required for operation and must be purchased separately.

All-Wheel Drive for Challenging Terrain

One of the standout features of the 535 AWD EPOS® is its all-wheel-drive system, which is designed to provide traction across uneven ground and steep slopes.

The mower can handle inclines of up to 70% within the installation area, making it particularly suitable for challenging commercial landscapes where conventional robotic mowers may struggle. Its articulated rear body improves manoeuvrability, helping the machine maintain contact with the ground as it moves across uneven terrain.

This combination of traction and flexible movement makes the 535 AWD EPOS® a practical choice for parks, municipal grounds, landscaped estates and other sites with demanding topography.

Customisable Mowing Patterns

The 535 AWD EPOS® supports systematic mowing patterns, allowing you to tailor the appearance of the lawn to suit the site.

Depending on the selected settings and installation, you can create patterns such as parallel lines, triangles, diamonds and checkerboard designs. Different work areas can be configured with individual mowing schedules, cutting heights and patterns to suit their requirements.

With a 22 cm cutting width and five pivoting razor blades, the mower provides consistent cutting performance while maintaining professional standards across large areas.

Smart Control and Fleet Management

The Automower® 535 AWD EPOS® integrates with Husqvarna Fleet Services™, allowing professional users to monitor and manage their mower remotely through compatible devices.

You can manage mowing schedules, configure work areas, check operating status and access GPS-based location information. Bluetooth® and cellular connectivity provide convenient access to supported features, while over-the-air firmware updates allow compatible software improvements to be installed remotely.

These capabilities are particularly valuable for businesses managing multiple machines or maintaining several commercial sites.

Intelligent Navigation and Object Detection

The 535 AWD EPOS® features ultrasonic object detection, helping the mower identify obstacles and respond by slowing down or changing direction where appropriate.

Its virtual transport paths help guide the mower between designated work areas and the charging station, reducing the need for manual intervention. GPS-assisted positioning also helps it maintain systematic coverage across the installation.

Together, these features support efficient operation in busy commercial environments where reliable navigation and consistent mowing are essential.

Adjustable Cutting Height and Automatic Charging

The electric cutting-height adjustment allows the cutting height to be set between 30 and 70 mm, making it possible to tailor the finish to the needs of the site and the season.

The mower typically operates for approximately 145 minutes per charge, returning automatically to its charging station when the battery needs replenishing. A typical charging cycle takes around 45 minutes before the mower resumes its programmed schedule.

Its weather-resistant design and ability to operate in demanding outdoor conditions make it suitable for regular professional lawn maintenance throughout the growing season.

Security and Safety Features

The Automower® 535 AWD EPOS® includes a range of security features to help protect your investment, including GPS theft tracking, GeoFence, PIN-code protection, an alarm, lift sensors and tilt sensors.

The cutting system is designed to stop automatically if the mower is lifted or tips over. These features provide additional reassurance when the machine is operating unattended across commercial grounds.

With an IPX4 protection rating, the mower is also designed for outdoor operation in changing weather conditions.
