The Core Pin-Selected Low Row develops the lats, rhomboids and rear shoulders through a seated rowing motion with a supportive chest pad to protect the lower back. Multiple handle positions let users vary their grip to change the emphasis across the back. Its selectorised weight stack makes adjusting the load between sets quick and easy.
The Factory Weights Core Series is a performance tested selectorised range that is designed for the most testing training environments. Basic, user friendly designs, no frills, just solid functional machines for a great training experience. Designed for full commercial environments.
