The Apex Plate Loaded V-Squat guides users through a squatting motion along an angled V-shaped rail, building quad, glute and hamstring strength while keeping the torso in a supported, upright position. The linear guide rail removes the balance and coordination demands of a free squat, making heavy loading more accessible and safer. Its wide footplate and shoulder pads accommodate a range of stances and body types.
The Factory Weights Apex Plate Loaded Series was designed with 3 goals in mind: functionality, durability and simplicity. No confusing set ups, just powerful performance that's built to last. The design of each machine has taken into account optimal body mechanics to ensure maximum results. That's why the Apex range is trusted by bodybuilders and professional athletes across the nation.
