The Apex Plate Loaded Squat/Lunge station lets users perform guided squats or single-leg lunges from the same machine, building quad, glute and hamstring strength through two complementary movement patterns. The fixed, guided path removes balance demands while still challenging the legs through a full range of motion. Its adjustable settings make it suitable for both bilateral and unilateral leg training.
The Factory Weights Apex Plate Loaded Series was designed with 3 goals in mind: functionality, durability and simplicity. No confusing set ups, just powerful performance that's built to last. The design of each machine has taken into account optimal body mechanics to ensure maximum results. That's why the Apex range is trusted by bodybuilders and professional athletes across the nation.
