The Apex Plate Loaded Squat/High Pull combines two explosive lower-body movements in one station, letting users train squatting strength and pulling power from the same machine. The guided bar path removes the technical demands of Olympic lifting while still building hip drive and full-body power. Its sturdy, plate-loaded design makes powerful, athletic movements accessible to a wider range of gym members.
The Factory Weights Apex Plate Loaded Series was designed with 3 goals in mind: functionality, durability and simplicity. No confusing set ups, just powerful performance that's built to last. The design of each machine has taken into account optimal body mechanics to ensure maximum results. That's why the Apex range is trusted by bodybuilders and professional athletes across the nation.
