The Apex Plate Loaded Seated Calf Raise isolates the calves through a seated pressing motion that removes the balance and lower-back demands of standing raises. The adjustable knee pad and footplate accommodate different leg lengths while keeping the calves under constant tension through the full range of motion. Its plate-loaded design allows for heavy, progressive overload without compromising form.
The Factory Weights Apex Plate Loaded Series was designed with 3 goals in mind: functionality, durability and simplicity. No confusing set ups, just powerful performance that's built to last. The design of each machine has taken into account optimal body mechanics to ensure maximum results. That's why the Apex range is trusted by bodybuilders and professional athletes across the nation.
