The Apex Plate Loaded Lateral Raise isolates the medial deltoids through a seated raising motion that removes momentum and keeps the shoulders under direct, controlled tension. The pivot point is aligned with the shoulder joint to follow its natural arc, reducing strain on the rotator cuff compared with free-weight raises. Adjustable arm pads and seat height make it suitable for a wide range of user sizes.
The Factory Weights Apex Plate Loaded Series was designed with 3 goals in mind: functionality, durability and simplicity. No confusing set ups, just powerful performance that's built to last. The design of each machine has taken into account optimal body mechanics to ensure maximum results. That's why the Apex range is trusted by bodybuilders and professional athletes across the nation.
