The Apex Plate Loaded Incline Pec Fly isolates the chest through a wide, arcing fly motion performed on an inclined seat to emphasise the upper pectorals. Independent arms allow each side of the chest to be trained separately for balanced development, while the adjustable seat and arm pads suit a range of body sizes. Its plate-loaded resistance lets lifters progressively overload the chest without straining the shoulder joints.
The Factory Weights Apex Plate Loaded Series was designed with 3 goals in mind: functionality, durability and simplicity. No confusing set ups, just powerful performance that's built to last. The design of each machine has taken into account optimal body mechanics to ensure maximum results. That's why the Apex range is trusted by bodybuilders and professional athletes across the nation.
