The Apex Plate Loaded Iso-Lateral Front Lat Pulldown develops the latissimus dorsi, biceps and rear shoulders through a converging pulling motion performed from a seated position. Independent arms let each side move through its own path, encouraging even lat development rather than relying on the stronger side. Multiple handle grips and an adjustable knee pad help lifters of different sizes find a secure, comfortable position.
The Factory Weights Apex Plate Loaded Series was designed with 3 goals in mind: functionality, durability and simplicity. No confusing set ups, just powerful performance that's built to last. The design of each machine has taken into account optimal body mechanics to ensure maximum results. That's why the Apex range is trusted by bodybuilders and professional athletes across the nation.
