The Apex Chin/Dip/Knee Raise Tower combines three bodyweight stations — pull-ups, dips and hanging knee raises — into a single compact frame for efficient upper-body and core training. Padded, adjustable arm supports keep the shoulders stable during dips, while the tall pull-up bar accommodates a range of grip widths. It's a space-efficient way for commercial gyms to offer a full spread of bodyweight strength exercises.
The Factory Weights Apex Plate Loaded Series was designed with 3 goals in mind: functionality, durability and simplicity. No confusing set ups, just powerful performance that's built to last. The design of each machine has taken into account optimal body mechanics to ensure maximum results. That's why the Apex range is trusted by bodybuilders and professional athletes across the nation.
