Light Grey is a soft gray solid from QT Fabrics’ Panorama Premium Solids line. It’s 100% cotton and 118" wide, giving you extra room to back queen and king quilts with fewer seams than standard 108" backings.

This calm, neutral gray is one of the most versatile backing choices. It works behind modern, pastel, and bright quilt tops alike, hides lint and everyday wear better than white, and makes a smart pick for gender-neutral and baby quilts. It’s also a great choice when you aren’t sure what color the recipient prefers.

Use the extra width to cut long borders and binding strips in one piece, or for home projects like sheets and duvet covers. Pair Light Grey with quilts in yellow, coral, teal, or navy. It’s a dependable wide back to keep on hand for customer quilts and gifts.
