Wine-Red Allium Bulbs for Sale | Sphaerocephalon (Drumstick)

If you love Alliums but would like to incorporate a variety that's less in-your-face, then this Drumstick type is for you! These marvelous team players don't steal the limelight but instead add to the overall ambiance, blending beautifully with brights and pastels. Clusters of tiny wine-red florets atop tall, straight stems create oval balls spanning 1" across in early summer.

Beyond their obvious good looks, these graceful growers happily thrive in an incredibly wide spectrum of climates, ranging from zone 4 to 10. Plus, they're effortless to grow and look sensational in cut flower arrangements. Oh, and did we mention that these are also unbothered by deer and rodents while being very attractive to butterflies?!
