Its Skill Level 2 classification makes it an approachable next project for builders who are comfortable with basic construction and ready to take on a larger rocket. A 3/16-inch launch rod is recommended.

A Discontinued Kit with Limited Availability

The BOLO is part of the remaining inventory from The Launch Pad, a former manufacturer known for distinctive model rocket designs. Estes will not be restocking this kit after the current supply is sold, giving collectors and active flyers a limited opportunity to add the BOLO to their fleet.
