Fellow Aiden Precision Coffee Brewer

Pour-over quality, without the morning balancing act. The Fellow Aiden Precision Coffee Brewer brings precise temperature control, even water distribution and an automatic bloom cycle together in one beautifully simple filter coffee machine.

From a single cup to a full 1.5-litre carafe, Aiden makes it easy to brew your favourite beans just the way you like them.

Better brewing, made simple

Great coffee comes down to the details. Aiden controls brewing temperature, timing and water delivery to help bring out the flavour in your beans.

The dual shower head provides even saturation for both single servings and larger batches, while a timed bloom cycle allows the coffee to release gas before brewing continues.

Choose a built-in brewing profile for an easy starting point, or adjust the settings to suit your coffee and taste.

One cup or coffee to share

Your first cup of the day deserves the same attention as a full batch. With dedicated single-serve and batch brewing baskets, Aiden adapts to your brewing quantity.

Brew directly into your favourite mug or make up to 1.5 litres in the included thermal carafe, which keeps coffee warm without a hot plate.

Make every recipe your own

Experiment with temperature, bloom time and brewing pulses to fine-tune your cup. Save your recipes for repeat brewing or explore profiles from your favourite roasters.

Whether you enjoy trying new coffees or prefer a dependable daily brew, Aiden gives you the freedom to do both.

Stay connected with the Fellow app

Connect Aiden to the Fellow app for iOS and Android to create, edit and share brew profiles, schedule your coffee and access Fellow Drops recipes.
