  These pants have 2 bands inside where an extra booster pad can be placed if you feel your child needs extra protection. We sell these booster pads separately in packs of three.

What these pants will and won't do (please read before buying)

These pants will NOT hold a full wee. They are not designed to, and they are not a replacement for a nappy or pull-up nappy. If your child releases a full bladder, the pants will not contain it. What they ARE designed to do is something very different and very valuable: they help children feel the sensation of wetness when they have an accident, while providing just enough protection to avoid immediate soaking of clothes and bedding.
