Penelope Airlight Strass Airbag Vest by Freejump - an airbag safety vest for equestrians featuring glamorous crystal details along the shoulders and front for a stylish look.  Freejump x Pénélope Airlight Stass air vest is even more breathable and better looking than the original version. It is certified according to AFNOR NF S72-800-2022 standard under reference CE FREEJUMP 1C.2. The inflation speed of the Airlight Strass Airbag vest is 98 ms, the ultra-fast time required to reach the pressure necessary for optimal protection.

Produced together with Freejump, the vest is lightweight to ensure comfort and not compromise style or protection.   Air vests are quickly becoming a must-have piece of equipment for riders in any discipline. The vest is can be worn under the Penelope New York Show Jacket, the Paris Soft Air Show Jacket or any other Freejump Airbag Technology compatible clothing. Incredibly lightweight and stretchy, the vest is invisible under the show jacket and is the lightest airbag available. But of course if you prefer to wear the vest over your show jacket/casual clothing, that is always possible. However, keep in mind, it needs to be worn close to the body, so over a thin layer of clothing. The micro-perforated fabric increases ventilation to further improves your comfort during the ride.

A neck brace stabilizes the spine and the vital parts around it. The vest fastens with a YKK zip on the front and comes with Penelope's signature Point Sellier silver stitching for added style. Another great feature is that the airbag vest has a zipped pocket on the front left side for keeping you phone and all the other essentials.

There is also a new gas canister, which is lighter and quicker. The leash has also been updated, it is now lighter and easier to put back in place after the gas has been set off. This vest is an absolute must-have for any rider putting safety as a priority.

Size advice: Your Airlight Strass Airbag vest must fit perfectly and should be neither too large nor too small. If it is too tight, it may be dangerous when deployed; if it is too large, it may be ineffective. To choose the most suitable size, please refer to our size guide.

Care advice: This vest must not be machine washed or dry cleaned. To care for your Airlight, you can hand wash it with a mild detergent, without rubbing. It must never be tumble dried or ironed. It must not be exposed to high temperatures (for example, on a radiator, near a flame or in a closed vehicle exposed to direct sunlight). The Airlight vest must not be left folded or rolled up. Ideally, store it on a hanger in a dry place, protected from moisture.
