We want you to choose your size based on your shoulder build not your suit jacket. So for example if you are a 40 that doesn't actively build shoulders stay with 40, if you are pressing them weights then go to 42. 

Choose as if you were buying a t-shirt from lululemon (or our t-shirt) and then shoulders go up if you lift weights frequently. 

Best fitting on an athletic build or someone who's shoulders are wider than waist.
