This Tiny Scattered Holly Small Hen On Nest is contentedly waiting for you to place her alongside the other Emma Bridgewater hens or ducks on nests and cats in baskets that you’ve collected over the years. Christmas is coming and it’s now her chance to be the star turn. A pottery hen ornament is also much more than an ornament; she’s an egg coddler and also very handy for keeping small things safe in her nest, like buttons or trinkets. Our Christmas miniature is decorated all over by hand with teeny sprigs of leaves and berries, but there’s one thing we can guarantee she’s not sitting on: actual holly. Ouch!
