The ruby- and gold-coloured pomegranates decorated by hand on this Festive Pomegranate Medium Straight Jug are a fruit steeped in symbolic history. They were said to be the food of the gods: our pattern, based on our hand-painted illustrations, takes inspiration from the opulent feasts of Ancient Greece and brings Olympian splendour to your Christmas table. Use this traditionally crafted jug to pour a festive flute of fizz. Or mix up a Christmas mocktail with pomegranate juice and club soda: add the seeds and they’ll float to the top as the bubbles rise and look like jewels. Alternatively, use our straight-sided jug to serve nectar. We just can’t promise you eternal life and youth.
