In gorgeous shades of soft pink, warm orange, and rich red, the sun rises above, illuminating the grand and magnificent Snoqualmie Falls. Standing at 268ft tall, The Falls is a sacred site to the Snoqualmie Tribe. Pulling from the colors of the Falls, Stirling MacArthur (Snoqualmie) has brought its beauty into his Snoqualmie Falls Magnet. In his gorgeous Cedar Weave pattern, he also depicts the flow of the water as it goes down over the rocks and merges back together to head down the river.

"Snoqualmie Falls is the birthplace of our people. It is said the mist that flows from the Falls is the closest thing to heaven that one can get in this world. I want people to see this magnet and reflect on the feeling they had when they stood at the Falls, taking in the sight for the first time. The Falls is for all people, for all time," Stirling says.

A part of our Souvenirs of Summer Capsule Collection, the Snoqualmie Falls Magnet is one of six special items designed to capture the beauty of summer in the Pacific Northwest. From magnets to enamel pins, Stirling's Souvenir Capsule captures the beauty and significance of everything the Snoqualmie area has to offer.
