DESCRIPTION:

Each 1.0 lb set includes two 0.5 lb Running Pods.

Youth Running Pods are Egg Weights made of composite metal alloys. Each pod weighs 0.5 lbs and is 3x denser than regular hand weights.

These are easily the perfect and safest everyday running weights any young runner could have. Running Pods’ ergonomic shape can help correct your arm swings from going too far back or forward.
