When you want more to hold onto, the Thick Grip Handle delivers. Its wider, ergonomic grip gives you a fuller hold, and the 360 degree swivel keeps each pull smooth and under control.

The swivel follows your natural body motion, so the handle moves with you rather than against you. Many lifters find this brings less joint discomfort over a full session.

Built for bicep, tricep, rear delt, and pectoral work.

Sold individually. Every two handles include a strap, so you can train with them as a pair, similar to a rope attachment.
