The Mahlkönig E80W GbS is built around 80mm burrs and active temperature control for demanding espresso service. It develops the E80 Grind-by-Weight platform with electronic burr adjustment and connectivity to Mahlkönig’s Sync System.

The large burr platform and active temperature control are designed for high-volume café environments. Weight-based dosing and electronic adjustment give baristas control over two essential variables: the amount of coffee dispensed and the grind setting.

Manual control or synchronized adjustment

Set the grind directly, or connect to a compatible commercial espresso machine or Sync-enabled device. A configured Sync setup uses extraction feedback to adjust toward the target extraction time. Compatible equipment is required for automatic synchronization.
