The Mahlkönig E65T GbS combines on-demand espresso grinding with electronic burr-distance adjustment. It gives baristas direct control over the grind while providing a path to automatic adjustment through Mahlkönig’s Sync System.

Electronic adjustment for espresso service

Adjust the burr distance manually as you dial in a coffee, or connect the grinder to a compatible commercial espresso machine or Sync-enabled device. In a synchronized setup, the system adjusts the grind toward your target extraction time.

Build a connected coffee bar

Cloud-enabled connectivity links the E65T GbS to the Sync ecosystem. Automatic synchronization requires compatible equipment; it is not a feature that works with every espresso machine on its own. Review the compatibility and setup guidance in the downloads below before planning your installation.
