Washing

Hand wash in cold water or use a gentle wool cycle with minimal agitation.
Use a mild, wool-safe detergent, preferably enriched with lanolin to help condition and maintain the softness of natural wool fibres.
Avoid warm or hot water, bleach and harsh detergents, as these may damage or shrink delicate wool fibres.

Drying

Never tumble dry. Heat and friction can cause wool to shrink or felt.
Gently press out excess water without twisting or wringing.
Reshape while damp and lay flat on a clean towel in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
