PURPOSE:
Trade Select Sarking Extra Heavy Duty (XHD) radiant barrier is designed for multi- purpose use as both roof sarking and a wall wrap. It is suitable for use in all roof and wall types.

The reflective foil side provides extra R-value when installed facing an air cavity, and the multi-layer structure provides superior strength, flexibility and durability. Classified as a Water Barrier Sarking acts as a barrier to air, radiant heat, moisture ingress and dust penetration.

WHAT IS xR XHD?
Trade Select Sarking xR XHD is an Extra Heavy Duty double-sided radiant barrier, designed for use under metal deck roofs where temperatures can exceed 80°C, and with battened out cladding to create an extra reflective air space for enhanced R-Value. It is an Air and Water Barrier, Class 2 Vapour Barrier product, suitable for use in all roof and wall applications.
Roof spaces fitted with Trade Select Sarking xR XHD will benefit from controlled ventilation, which assists with excess heat in summer and moisture ingress in winter.
BUSHFIRE ATTACK LEVELS:
Complies with AS 3959-2009 Construction of buildings in bushfire- prone areas for use in all BALs.
Seek independent advice regarding the selection of sarking prior to installation in the BAL design.
