One bench. Every angle.

Flat, incline and decline in a single adjustable bench. The Echelon Strength Flat/Incline/Decline (FID) Bench lets you switch angles in seconds, so one stable bench covers your chest press, shoulder press, rows and core work. No extra equipment to buy, no extra floor space to give up.

Designed to work with Echelon Strength+. Pair it with the Strength+ home strength system for a complete gym that fits your space.

Why you'll want it

• 6 backrest positions: -20°, 0°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 90°, with matching seat positions for a wider range of setups.
• Quick pull-pin adjustment: change the back pad height between sets and spend your time lifting, not fiddling with hardware.
• Stable where it counts: a custom tripod plate anchors the bench and keeps the footprint small.
• Built for real spaces: sets up and stores easily in a spare room, a garage corner or a small apartment.
• Made to fit Strength+: one brand, one setup, a bench built to pair with your system.
• Easy to move: integrated transport wheels make repositioning simple.
