Girls Tutu Skirt Ballerina Pettiskirt, Fluffy Children Ballet Skirts for Party.
A x-large-sized skirt may fit an average adult woman, as its waistband is elastic.
Pls kindly hang for a while and it will resume to fluffy and flat soon. Many thanks. The skirt was made via 2 layers of tulle and 1 layer of lining. The fabric of the skirt is nylon which is soft and fluffy.
If a coat of fluff is deposited on the skirt surface, the fluff can be removed from the skirt surface by a simple cleaning method.
