The Breadly Care Kit is a wood balm, a polishing cloth and a simple ritual that keeps the beech frame of your Breadly looking and feeling the way it did the day it arrived.

Beech is a living material. Every wash, every wipe, every hot loaf pulls a little more moisture out of the grain. Left alone it goes pale, dry and faintly rough under the hand. A few minutes with the balm puts that moisture back, lifts the colour, and leaves a soft satin finish that resists water instead of drinking it.

It is the same balm every other piece of untreated wood in the kitchen wants, so one tin looks after the knife, the cutting boards, the spoons and the bowls alike.
