The Cardo HJC Packtalk brings Cardo's mesh communication system into a compact unit designed for selected HJC helmets. It is a strong choice for riders who want clear group communication, simple pairing, and a clean helmet fit without a universal external mounting clamp.
With current Mesh Boost firmware, HJC Packtalk supports groups of up to 31 riders, Public Mesh for talking with nearby compatible riders, and Remote Grouping to arrange a group before everyone meets. Install the latest firmware through Cardo Connect before setting up your group. Updating to Mesh Boost removes existing DMC groups, so those groups must be created again. Legacy DMC units can join with limitations.
DMC intercom does not require cellular coverage, making it useful on rides outside mobile service areas.
Cardo lists this system for selected HJC models: RPHA 60 and RPHA 60 Carbon, F71 and F71 Carbon, i71, RPHA 91 and RPHA 91 Carbon, i91, RPHA 31, and F31. Compatibility is model-specific. For RPHA 71 and RPHA 72 variants, confirm fitment with Cardo before ordering because its product page and support FAQ list different generations. Confirm the exact helmet model and generation before ordering.
Install the Packtalk in a compatible HJC helmet using the included helmet-specific components and Cardo's fitting instructions. Position the speakers opposite your ear canals for the clearest sound. Pair and configure the system through the Cardo Connect app, then install available updates before your first ride.
