The SHOEI Neotec 3 Satori is a premium modular motorcycle helmet for touring and everyday riding. SHOEI development and what has improved
SHOEI uses repeated testing in its large wind tunnel facility to shape the Neotec 3 and improve sealing around its moving face cover. The shell and face cover meet through sculpted side covers that minimize gaps when the cover is closed, helping reduce wind and rain intrusion.
- Refined face-cover seal: An eccentric opening axis draws the cover toward the shell as it closes. The spring-loaded, all-metal lock is designed to retain the closed cover.
- More supportive interior: Redesigned cheek pads extend farther toward the rear and contact a wider area, creating a softer, secure feel around the cheeks and neck. A noise isolator helps reduce wind entering from below.
- Updated ventilation: The upper intake can be operated with gloves. The lower intake has a defogging function, and its removable filter helps keep insects and dirt out.
- Larger sun coverage: The QSV-2 internal sun visor extends 5 mm farther than the QSV-1 used on the previous generation.
- Compact micro-ratchet: The stainless-steel chinstrap buckle is designed to be easier to handle with gloves.
Shell and safety
The Neotec 3 uses SHOEI AIM shell construction with an EPS liner system featuring multiple densities. It is DOT certified for the US market. The modular lift-up face cover offers convenient access during stops. Use the helmet in the configurations and according to the instructions in the included manual.
Shield, sun visor, and airflow
The CNS-3C shield system has a center locking mechanism to improve contact along the sealing edge. A slightly open position allows air to circulate at low speeds. The shield is Pinlock-ready and a Pinlock anti-fog sheet is included. The QSV-2 internal sun visor moves into view as light conditions change. Upper and lower intakes work with rear extraction to move air through the helmet.
Comfort and communication
The fully removable interior combines moisture-absorbing, quick-drying fabric in high-sweat areas with soft raised fabric where the liner contacts skin. SHOEI COMLINK provides dedicated space for speakers and a microphone. The compatible SENA SRL3 communication system is sold separately.

How to measure: Wrap a soft tape horizontally around your head about 1 inch above your eyebrows. Move it slightly to find the largest measurement and use the chart as a starting point. If between sizes, SHOEI advises trying the smaller size first. Confirm snug cheek and crown contact and follow the fitting instructions in the manual. Helmet fit varies by head shape, so try this model on before riding whenever possible.

Warranty
SHOEI USA lists a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for five years from purchase or seven years from manufacture, whichever comes first. Eligibility and terms depend on purchase source and proof of purchase.
