The Giasone Bar Globe is a sixteen-inch globe-form bar on a vintage trolley cart with hand-turned wooden spindle legs and smooth-rolling brass-trimmed casters. The sphere lifts at the equator to reveal an interior storage compartment for spirits and glassware; a lower trolley shelf carries additional bottles and barware on a multicolored compass-rose inlay surface within easy reach.
The globe exterior carries a 16th-century antique map reproduction across both hemispheres — sepia and warm-orange cartography with sea-monster illustrations, classical wind roses, and Latin place names in the historical tradition. The hardwood frame and trolley are stained and varnished to a warm-brown finish; the elliptical top tray has a raised lip and an inlaid cartographic compass detail visible when the sphere is closed.
Assembled height is approximately thirty-seven inches, which sets the upper tray at a comfortable serving height for a seated room or for rolling between guests. The Giasone works equally well as a mobile bar — moved into the room as needed — or as a permanent piece in a study, library, den, or entertaining space.
Dimensions: 37" H × 29" W × 21" D. Product weight: 35 lb. Materials: acrylic sphere with paper-applied antique map; hardwood frame and trolley structure with brass-trimmed swivel casters; metal semi-meridian.
