I've always had a soft spot for nutcrackers, though I find their expressions a touch severe for the holidays. This festive green match cylinder, illustrated by Ariane Butto, holds 80 matches for lighting candles, tending the fire and generally making oneself useful. I suggest keeping it close at hand. One never knows when a little atmosphere might be required.
