No packing slip or invoice is included in the shipping box. Receipt will be directly emailed to you. Please note that we work with small-batch and local artisan businesses so certain items might become unavailable on occasion and without a lot of notice. In the event a product is unavailable at the time of your order, we reserve the right to substitute an item for a similar item of equal or greater value.
Please note: Our gift boxes are crafted from raw pine wood and celebrate the natural beauty of the material. Variations in wood grain, tone, and markings are part of what makes each box unique. Boxes are left unfinished - never painted or stained - so the character of the wood remains visible. We work closely with small-batch and local artisan makers as well as family workshops, which means select items may occasionally become unavailable. If this happens, we will thoughtfully substitute with a similar item of equal or greater value, always preserving the spirit and quality of your gift. Should any questions or special considerations arise regarding a substitution, we will always reach out to you before finalizing your order.
