For best results, please upload a photo that follows these tips:

✅ Clear, high-resolution photo
✅ Pet’s face fully visible (no cropped ears or chin)
✅ Good natural lighting (avoid dark photos)
✅ Shot at eye level if possible
✅ One pet per photo (unless ordering multiple pets)

F.A.Q.

Do I receive a physical portrait?

Yes — you receive a real, physical printed portrait delivered to your home. This is not a digital file.

What if my photo isn’t perfect?

No problem. I review every photo before starting and will contact you if a better image is needed.

Can I request changes?

Yes. You can request small adjustments before printing to make sure you love the final result.

How long does it take?

Artwork creation usually takes a few days, and shipping time depends on your location within the USA. You’ll receive tracking once your portrait ships.

Will the portrait look exactly like my pet?

Yes. The goal is to capture your pet’s unique personality and expression. Every detail is carefully drawn from your photo to create a true likeness.

Is this a good gift even if I order last minute?

Absolutely. Pet portraits are one of the most emotional and personal gifts, perfect for birthdays, memorials, or surprises for pet lovers.

What happens if I don’t like the result?

Your satisfaction matters. If something feels off, small revisions can be made before printing to ensure you’re happy with the portrait.

About me

As a professional artist it is important to use the highest quality art materials available so that my portraits can last through generations. For my coloured portraits I use a mixed selection of pants and pencils for the best colour pallette and use of light-fast materials; I use Winsor & Newton paints , Faber Castell Polychromos, Primsacolor Premiers, Caran D'Ache Luminance 6901, and Derwent Studio pencils. I also sometimes use Caran D'Ache Neocolor II as an underpainting for the start of a portrait. The pencils I use are archival, with the highest degrees of lightfastness. My graphite portraits are created using FaberCastell 9000 pencils and Derwent Graphic Pencils. The paper I use is french Arches Aquarelle and Italian Fabriano artistico/classico 260gsm hot pressed paper which is acid-free and archival museum rated.
