Inspiration
The Marzelle Table Lamp started from a single petunia in a window box, its bloom tipped over on a thin stem with the ruffled edge curling out and a few grains of yellow pollen caught on the petals. We kept the bud shape and the wavy rim, and pressed fine ribs into the shade the way veins run through a petal. The gold flecks stand in for the pollen, and a round bead sits on top where the stem would meet the flower. Lit, the bloom glows from inside and the ruffled edge catches the light.

Does it need to stay plugged in?
No. It has a built-in rechargeable battery, so you can move it to a nightstand, dining table or patio table with no cord. Plug it in to charge, or keep it plugged in and use it as a regular table lamp.
How do I change the light color?
Tap the touch button on the base to turn it on and switch between the three light colors: warm, natural and cool white.
Is the shade glass?
No. The shade is clear ribbed acrylic with gold flecks, so it is lighter than glass and does not shatter if knocked over. Clean it with a soft damp cloth only, as alcohol and solvent cleaners can cloud acrylic.
Will the light be glaring?
No. A white diffuser ball sits inside the shade and covers the LED, so you see an even glow through the ribbed acrylic rather than a bare bright spot.
