Inspiration
The Brinshore Pendant Lamp started from the shell wind chimes hung on beach house porches, made from a piece of driftwood with long strings of small white shells tied underneath. When the wind came in off the water, the strands swayed and clicked together. We kept the branch at the top and the loose, uneven strands falling from it, some short and some long. Lit, the bulb glows from inside the cluster, and the light comes through the thin shells and between the strands.
Natural shell and wood
The strands are made from natural shells and the top from solid wood. The size, shape and color of each shell, and the shape of the wood, differ on every pendant, so no two look exactly the same.

Are the shells real?
Yes. The strands are made from natural shells, so their size, shape and color vary from piece to piece and from pendant to pendant.
Is a bulb included?
Yes. It comes with one E12 or E14 bulb in warm 3000K light. This is a small candelabra base, not a standard E26 screw base, so use the same type when you replace it.
Where does it work best?
At 28cm/11″ wide and 51cm/20.1″ long, it suits a bedside drop, an entryway, a reading or breakfast nook, or a small table. It can also hang in a pair or a row over a dining table.
Does it need to be hardwired?
Yes. It is hardwired to a ceiling junction box, so we recommend a licensed electrician for installation. The 12cm/4.7″ canopy covers the box, and the 150cm/59″ cord lets you set the hanging height during installation.
