Inspiration
The Velmori Table Lamp started from the small mushrooms that come up on the forest floor after an autumn rain: a round pale cap on a short, dark stem. We kept that outline nearly as it is, with a domed cap resting on a stem that swells toward the ground. It also nods to the mushroom lamps of the 1960s and 70s, scaled down to something you can pick up and carry. Lit after dark, the cap glows softly, the way a mushroom catches the last light in the woods.
