I think this cute letter set from Dailylike Korea has retro kid's TV vibes! I love the little characters hanging out under the fluffy clouds. Two types of paper, lovely stripey envelopes and cute heart stickers. If you're not into letter writing, the paper is so pretty, it'd look fabulous in a junk journal.

127 x 180 mm. 4 sheets (2 designs), 2 envelopes and 2 heart stickers.
