Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack Switchback has scratches, tooling marks and blemishes in the metal on the underside of the cover. The top hinges are scratched and scuffed. There are areas of compressed weatherstrip on the underside of the cover. The mid panel is warped which may cause the cover to not seal properly and cause leakage. This cover has cosmetic issues and could possibly leak.
