Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack Switchback has scratches, water marks and blemishes in the metal on the underside of the cover. The anchor plates on top of the cover have a weathered appearance. There is a discolored spot in the coating on top of the tail panel. The weatherstrip on the underside of the cover is compressed. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function.
