Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack Switchback has heavy scratches and blemishes in the metal on the underside of the cover. There are warped and dented panels that will cause the cover to not seal properly and there will be leaking issues. This cover has cosmetic issues and some of these issues will cause the cover to leak.
